Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical strategy for complex projects.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Stakeholders to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for high-traffic environments.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues with a focus on long-term stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
