Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement robust, scalable software architecture using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or Go).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure our applications run at peak efficiency.
- Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- CI/CD Implementation: Manage and enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and provide timely technical support.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.
- Database: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
