Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance for 10M+ daily API calls
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Collaborate with product team to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in distributed systems and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
