Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API endpoints
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Contribute to architectural decisions for new feature development
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to start work immediately (within 48 hours of offer)
