Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud technologies
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker containerization
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development and cloud architecture
- Expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications in agile environments
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Active AWS certification preferred (Solutions Architect/Developer)
