Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security compliance, and troubleshoot complex bugs.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices for CI/CD and DevOps.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
