Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions for our core platforms.
- Lead the development lifecycle from concept through deployment, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical realities.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack or backend role.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
