Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models designed for the 2026 infrastructure standard.
- Lead the research and development of Neural Interface protocols and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into hardware ecosystems.
- Define technical roadmaps for the '2026 Initiative' and mentor junior engineers.
- Ensure data security, ethical AI practices, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Optimize existing neural networks for real-time decision making in complex environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions at scale.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles is a major plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
