Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable microservices architecture capable of handling high-throughput workloads for the 2026 product suite.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI models into our core platform, optimizing latency and cost.
- Code Excellence: Establish and enforce high-code quality standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Language Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend integration.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or GCP using Kubernetes and Docker.
