Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Define the high-level architecture for AI/ML systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the development and optimization of deep learning models using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide the team through complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into broader software ecosystems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- R&D: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and technologies, conducting proof-of-concept studies.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Establish coding standards, review best practices, and ensure robust software delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
