Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java with deep understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Expertise in relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
