Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust security protocols and performance monitoring
- Drive innovation through POC development for emerging technologies
- Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Python/Node.js
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
- CI/CD proficiency with Jenkins/GitLab CI and Infrastructure as Code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
