Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using AWS/Azure and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers on agile best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (FedRAMP, NIST)
- Drive technical strategy for enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and present at tech meetups
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and serverless technologies
- Strong background in DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and containerization
- Government contracting or federal project experience preferred
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
