Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-quality, scalable front-end architecture using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth user interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern web technologies, improving system stability and developer productivity.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically in React.js.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- Backend Familiarity: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration concepts.
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
