Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of cloud-native applications using AWS and Python
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance for high-traffic financial platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Drive architectural decisions and technical debt reduction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Python and microservices architecture
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or high-security applications preferred
