Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead technical design sessions with product stakeholders
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech blog publications
- Conduct performance profiling and system diagnostics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud deployment
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and database design
- Experience with AWS/Azure infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
