What You'll Do:
As our Part-Time Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technical team, ensuring every issue is resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end-users.
- Educate clients on best practices for system maintenance and security.
- Log and track all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Contribute to team meetings and knowledge base documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to start this week.
