Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native applications using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Architect scalable microservices with Go and Node.js
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive innovation through hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping production systems
