- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement advanced security protocols for data-intensive applications
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to improve platform performance by 20%+
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade services at scale
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability tools
- Experience leading agile development teams of 5+ engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
