Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade APIs
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
