Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust.
- Security Audits: Conduct rigorous internal and external security audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in smart contracts.
- Gas Optimization: Analyze and optimize smart contract logic to reduce gas costs and improve transaction throughput for users.
- Cross-Chain Integration: Implement cross-chain communication protocols and bridge mechanisms to enhance interoperability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, review code, and establish coding standards and best practices for the team.
- DeFi Protocols: Contribute to the development and iteration of DeFi yield aggregators, lending protocols, or DEXs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on blockchain development.
- Language Proficiency: Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Security: Familiarity with common Web3 security vulnerabilities and tools like Slither, MythX, or OpenZeppelin.
- Tools: Proficiency in Git, Docker, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
