Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across all microservices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Implementation: Lead the deployment of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate release processes.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive experience designing and managing scalable cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Containerization: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and leading technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
