Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to capture market share and drive qualified leads.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize on-page elements for search engines and users.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain rankings.
- Analyze web performance metrics (organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate) using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Build and manage backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and PR strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO auditing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
