Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Neuroscience (2020-2026)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, QIP)
- Proficiency in neuromorphic computing (Loihi, Intel Pohoiki)
- Demonstrated experience with ethical AI alignment frameworks
