Responsibilities
- Technical Auditing: Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, indexation issues, and site architecture bottlenecks using Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and target high-intent keywords.
- On-Page Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to implement schema markup, optimize meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Link Building: Manage and execute white-hat link-building campaigns to acquire high-authority backlinks from relevant industry publications.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates in Google Analytics 4; provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitive Research: Perform regular competitive analysis to identify market gaps and new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and data analysis within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google's core algorithm updates and best practices for crawlability, speed, and mobile usability.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- HTML/CSS: Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 for on-page optimization and debugging.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
