Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technology strategy, focusing on AI, automation, and next-gen computing.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a dedicated research team to identify emerging technologies and pilot their integration into our core products.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and department heads.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify threats and opportunities in the competitive landscape.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Project Governance: Ensure all strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future and translate those visions into scalable roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of leading teams through rapid technological change and ambiguity.
