Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-level SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and on-page optimization opportunities.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and content gaps.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages and ensure alignment with user intent.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Manage link-building campaigns and build relationships with high-authority publishers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
