Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap focused on 2026 trends, including AI search, voice optimization, and semantic search.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, analysts, and content creators to foster a culture of data-driven innovation.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify market gaps, competitor strategies, and high-value keyword opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve site architecture, core web vitals, and technical SEO health.
- Implement advanced schema markup and structured data strategies to enhance rich snippet visibility.
- Oversee content strategy to ensure alignment with user intent and algorithm updates.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- Deep understanding of Google's algorithm updates and future search technologies.
- Proven experience managing large-scale SEO campaigns with significant budget authority.
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SEO auditing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, BigQuery).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for team off-sites and client meetings.
