Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify site architecture issues, improving crawlability and indexation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies that align with user intent and business objectives to drive high-quality organic traffic.
- Lead a cross-functional team in optimizing on-page content, ensuring semantic relevance and adherence to Google's E-E-A-T guidelines.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to report on performance and inform strategic pivots.
- Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including high-authority link building campaigns and digital PR initiatives.
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, specifically focusing on AI Overviews and the future of Search Generative Experience (SGE).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated history of improving organic rankings and driving revenue growth.
- Advanced proficiency in technical SEO, including experience with schema markup, site speed optimization, and structured data.
- Expert knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable, high-impact strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, SEO-optimized content strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
