Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant ML models for real-time threat detection systems
- Lead development of autonomous AI decision-making frameworks using federated learning
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines for complex data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise security infrastructure
- Research and evaluate emerging post-quantum cryptographic algorithms for practical deployment
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced AI/ML best practices and ethical AI development
- Drive innovation through quarterly AI innovation sprints with industry partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years building production-grade ML systems with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven experience deploying AI models at scale (10M+ transactions/day)
- Strong background in federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Proficiency in cloud-native AI deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes orchestration
