Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and opportunities for on-page optimization using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
- Keyword Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and develop content strategies that align with user intent and search trends.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headers, image alt text, and internal linking structures to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings. Provide detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, developers, and PPC specialists to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for enterprise-level clients.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, including site architecture, schema markup, and canonicalization.
- Analytics Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Programming: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
