Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems that integrate quantum computing capabilities.
- Lead the development of advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models tailored for enterprise-level automation.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) ensuring high accuracy, low latency, and ethical bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ethicists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, quantum hardware, and edge computing to innovate continuously.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex systems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
