Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee and execute comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexability problems.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to develop keyword-rich strategies that align with user intent and search engine algorithms.
- Link Building: Develop and manage high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and relationship building with industry influencers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders through monthly reports.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Site Architecture: Optimize site structure and navigation to improve user journey and internal linking strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO performance.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
