Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Technical Optimization: Lead technical SEO audits, improve site architecture, and resolve crawl issues to ensure optimal search engine performance.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to optimize existing assets and identify high-impact content opportunities based on data-driven insights.
- Link Building: Design and oversee off-page SEO campaigns to build domain authority and earn high-quality backlinks.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing weekly reports to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research into competitor strategies to identify gaps and new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or senior strategy role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles; familiarity with HTML/CSS and Google's core web vitals.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
