Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Future-Proof SEO Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps specifically designed for the 2026 search landscape, including Semantic Search and Generative AI integration.
- Technical Architecture & Performance: Lead initiatives to optimize site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and server-side rendering to ensure maximum crawlability and indexing efficiency.
- AI-Driven Content Strategy: Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate generative tools into content workflows, ensuring high-authority output that ranks against automated search queries.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics (GA4, BigQuery) to track performance, identify trends, and pivot strategies based on real-time data.
- Schema & Structured Data: Implement complex Schema.org markup to enhance rich snippets and voice search visibility.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of developers, content strategists, and data analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in Technical SEO, Web Analytics, and Digital Strategy.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python). Experience with JSON-LD and API integration is highly preferred.
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated knowledge of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI chatbots impact search engine rankings.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex site architecture issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Tools: Mastery of tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
