Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets in the Southeast region
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and implementation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product development teams to refine value propositions
- Mentor junior sales associates through training and best practice sharing
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast accurately
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS/enterprise technology solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling complex software solutions to healthcare or financial services verticals
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 25% of the time
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation preferred
