Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance React applications using the latest ecosystem standards (React 2026).
- Lead the migration to Next.js Server Components and Edge Runtime environments to optimize application speed and SEO.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex design systems into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero-latency interactions and efficient bundle sizes.
- Implement robust state management solutions using modern libraries like Zustand or Redux Toolkit.
- Contribute to the technical decision-making process and establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, with a strong understanding of the React 2026 roadmap and features.
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript and experience with strict type safety enforcement.
- Deep knowledge of Next.js (App Router), including Server Components, Server Actions, and API Routes.
- Strong command of CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
- Experience with performance profiling tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals) and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
