In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution, ensuring that every interaction feels alive and responsive. You will work with cutting-edge tools to build high-performance 2D animations that run smoothly across all devices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize high-performance 2D animations using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Craft responsive, interactive user interfaces that prioritize user experience and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate static concepts into dynamic web experiences.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement physics-based animations and interactive storytelling elements.
- Debug complex rendering issues and optimize asset delivery for maximum speed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D web animation, motion graphics, or interactive design.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert knowledge of Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and CSS keyframes.
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, or Pixi.js.
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
