Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and modern web technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers and UX/UI designers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Code Optimization: Refactor existing codebases to improve performance, maintainability, and accessibility standards.
- Testing & QA: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Feature Development: Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and functional code components.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, specifically with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Redux, Redux Toolkit, and state management libraries. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Styling: Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) or SCSS/SASS.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
