Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error mitigation strategies.
- Develop high-level quantum programming models and abstractions for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize quantum algorithms for near-term noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) devices.
- Lead architectural reviews and establish best practices for quantum software development.
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and researchers to foster technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, quantum mechanics, or related theoretical research.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum software stacks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis.
- Proven track record of publishing in prestigious conferences or journals.
