Responsibilities

- Conduct research on error correction techniques and fault-tolerant quantum computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performance, innovative engineering culture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, preferably with frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Google Cloud Quantum).
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps.
