Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models for quantum hardware environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, engineering, product) to define technical requirements for the 2026 product suite.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and prototype novel AI architectures to solve industry-specific problems.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or a similar technical domain.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
