Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to join the core engineering team of Project 2026. At Aether Dynamics, we are building the infrastructure for the next generation of sentient computing. This is not just a job; it is a chance to define the technological landscape of the future.
In this role, you will lead the architectural design of our hybrid quantum-classical systems. You will work directly with our CTO and research scientists to push the boundaries of what is possible in machine learning and computational speed. If you are passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence, quantum mechanics, and scalable software engineering, we want to hear from you.
Why join Project 2026?
- Work with state-of-the-art quantum hardware and simulators.
- Competitive equity package and high-impact bonuses.
- Flexible remote-first policy with quarterly in-person innovation sprints.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level system architecture for the Project 2026 neural networks, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and quantum coherence.
- R&D Strategy: Translate theoretical research papers into practical, deployable code and infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize algorithm efficiency and reduce latency in real-time quantum processing environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and quantum keys.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and familiarity with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think abstractly and solve novel problems in unstructured environments.
