- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement next-generation quantum algorithms that integrate seamlessly with classical machine learning frameworks.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives focused on error correction, qubit optimization, and quantum supremacy applications.
- Model Optimization: Translate theoretical quantum physics concepts into production-ready software code.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with product managers and clients to define technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Performance Tuning: Ensure high scalability and low latency for quantum data processing tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and independently in unstructured environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
