Responsibilities
- Algorithm Design: Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for complex optimization and machine learning tasks.
- System Architecture: Lead the architectural design of hybrid quantum-classical systems to ensure seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of quantum computing advancements, publishing research papers and contributing to open-source communities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new concepts using state-of-the-art quantum simulators and hardware.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs.
- Machine Learning: Strong background in classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deep learning architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
