Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python backends using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to support our growing user base.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and designers.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions to drive engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Python.
- Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
