Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communicate complex project updates to executive leadership and internal clients regularly.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain team velocity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
