Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for the 'Vision 2026' launch, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value and user impact.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
