Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to report on campaign success.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts, including outreach for high-quality backlinks and relationship building with industry influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
