Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for the 2026 launch cycle, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch, iteration, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and ensure technical feasibility of the roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify pain points and uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, presenting clear roadmaps and progress updates to executive leadership.
- Drive A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance and user engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the tech or software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products or major feature updates on time and within budget.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete product plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).
- Deep understanding of user-centric design principles and data analytics.
